Our
Techniques

As every individual is unique, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Based on your chiropractic and neurological assessments, the doctor will tailor the care plan and adjusting technique to meet your individual needs. Regardless of technique, the overreaching goal of the adjustment is to apply gentle pressure along specific joints of the spine in order to encourage proper alignment. Structural and neurological tension is alleviated when the spine is in ideal alignment. Improved communication pathways between your brain and body leads to better overall well-being.

Diversified Full Spine Technique

The objective of the Diversified Full Spine Technique is to restore joint dysfunction and encourage proper movement and alignment of the spine. Diversified is distinguished by specific high-velocity, low-amplitude adjustments to correct misalignments and remove interference from the central nervous system (vertebral subluxation).

Thompson Technique

This full-spine technique utilizes a specific analysis and segmented drop table. The drop table assists in facilitating the adjustment and carries the joint through its normal range of motion while applying less force than would be needed without the special table, allowing for a more gentle adjustment.

Instrument Assisted Techniques

Torque Release Technique® utilizes a neurologically-based analysis to pinpoint areas of subluxation. The gentle, low force adjustment is performed using The Integrator™, an FDA approved, handheld adjusting instrument. The instrument delivers a torque and recoil, combining the best of existing chiropractic techniques and principles.

The Impulse Adjusting Instrument® is the global standard for mechanical chiropractic. Its gentle, controlled force may be used to assist in a more specific adjustment without the need for manual hand adjusting.

Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a specific prenatal chiropractic analysis and adjustment. This gentle technique aligns the pelvis and involves targeted muscle massage, soft tissue release, and uterine ligament stretches. The goal of this adjustment is to reduce the effects of pelvic joint dysfunction and allow more room within the uterus and pelvis to accommodate the growing baby, encouraging a head-down position for labor and delivery.
